Roadmap

Last updated 29 days ago

The landscape of decentralized trading is constantly shifting, and so are we. Instead of a rigid yearly roadmap, Xpanse is transitioning to a dynamic priority list — one that allows us to pivot based on market conditions and user demand.

Here’s our updated roadmap and approach moving forward. There’s no fixed order of completion — some high-priority items may take longer due to development requirements. Our focus is on delivering real use cases, meaning the priority list will evolve based on market conditions and user demand.

Xpanse’s Top Priorities

Revenue Generation: Exchanges & AI Trading Our primary goal is to drive revenue through our exchange operations and AI trading. This includes:

  • Improving product functionality and maintaining exchanges to enhance user retention.

  • Setting up a leaderboard for seasonal trading competitions to attract more traders and increase volume.

AI Trading Expansion

  • Further integration of AI signals to provide diverse trading strategies for different users.

  • Launching a payment system to monetize AI trading services.

  • A future HIP proposal will outline the AI trading revenue-sharing model within the Horizon ecosystem once the payment system is live.

  • Long-term vision: fully automated AI agents that allow users to “deposit and forget.”

Cross-Chain Expansion to Base & Arbitrum

  • Expanding to these networks for easier on/off ramps and seamless transfers from CEXs and Ethereum network.

  • Increased capital efficiency for running seasonal trading competitions.

  • After Base and Arbitrum, we’ll explore additional chains to reach a wider audience.

Order Book Trading System

  • Adding an order book model will provide professional traders with more liquidity options.

  • Xpanse will stand out by offering three distinct trading systems.

Horizon Protocol & V3 Upgrades

  • Horizon Protocol serves as Xpanse’s oracle-based exchange.

  • V3 will introduce more stable on/off-ramp options, making onboarding easier.

  • Traders will benefit from zero slippage and low spreads.

This roadmap is built for flexibility, ensuring we prioritize what delivers the most impact.
